New Lothrop lost the first game of the double header 4-3.  New Lothrop gave up 5 walks and committed 4 errors and only giving up 3 hits and one earned run.  Mallory Heroux started the game went 3 innings giving up 1 hit, 4 walks and 3 runs with only 1 being earned.  Heroux struck out 4 on the day.  Delaney Gross pitched the last 4 innings and took the loss.  She gave up 1 run, 0 earned, 1 hit, walked 1 and struck out 2.

The Hornets outhit Hemlock 10-3 but could only manage 3 runs.  New Lothrop was down 3-0 until the bottom of the 4th when they started chipping away scoring 2.  Sara Dammann lead off the 4th inning with a single followed by a bunt by Mallory Heroux which scored Dammann due to errors.  Brianna Heroux scored Mallory Heroux with a sac fly.    New Lothrop knotted the score at 3 in the bottom of 5th inninng.  Victoria Henige lead off the inning with a single followed by a single by Brynne Birchmeier.  Henige scored with a ground ball out by Orr.  Hemlock scored an unearned run in the top of the 7th to close out the scoring.

The Hornets defeated Hemlock 9-0 in the second game of the double header.  Delaney Gross started the game and got the win.  She went 4 innings giving up 2 hits, 2 walks and striking out 3.  Brianna Heroux came in and finished out the game giving up 2 hits 1 walk and striking out 4

NL got the scoring started in the 1st inning with a Brynne Birchmeier single followed by a triple by Aslyn Orr.  NL scored 4 more in the second.  Mak Wendling lead off the inning with a single, Gross singled, they were put into scoring position by a sacrifice bunt by Ava Thorsby.  Marissa Rombach game through with a big 2-out hit driving in 2.  Rombach scored later in the inning with a single by Birchmeier and Orr finished out the scoring by driving in Henige who walked earlier in the inning.  NL scored another run int he 4th with singles by Henige and a error by Hemlock allowed Henige to score in the inning.  The Hornets scored 2 more in the 5th when Wendling singled, Brianna Heroux double.  Wendling would score on a Hemlock error and Heroux would score on a sacrifice fly by Thorsby.  New Lothrop rounded out the scoring in the top of the sixth with a single by Orr, and a double by Dammann to score Orr

New Lothrop outhit Hemlock 14-4.  Orr lead the team in hitting going 3-4 with 2 RBIs.  Rombach, Wendling and Birchmeier also added 2 hits apiece.
