New Lothrop fell to Lake fenton in the first game 2-1.  

Mallory Heroux started the game pitched all 7 innings.  The rightly surrendered 2 runs on 8 hits striking out 8 and walking one. 

NL could only manage 3 hits in the game.  Ashlyn Orr drove in the only run in the first inning with a single.  Brynne Birchmeier and Mallory Heroux each had a hit.  The Hornets were leading until the top of the 5th when a bloop single to right field scored 2 runs.  It was a welled play softball game with the hornets not committing a single error

The Hornets got the bats going in the second game beating Swartz Creek 15-1 in 5 innings.  Delaney Gross got the start and the win.  She went 5 innings giving up 1 run, 5 hits 3 walks and struck out 4.

The hornets drew 11 walks and collected 9 hits to produce the 15 runs.  NL scored 5 runs in the first inning  thanks to 6 walks and 1 single by Rombach.  They scored 4 more runs in the 2nd inning thanks to singles by Dammann, M. Heroux,  and a 2 RBI single by Ava Thorsby.  The hornets scored 1 run in the 3rd and then 5 more in the 5th.  Heroux had a 2 RBI single in the inning along with a 2 RBI double by Thorsby.

Thorsby went 2-4 on the day with 4 RBIs.  Orr went 2-3  with a walk  scoring 2 runs and 1 RBI.  Dammann went 2-2 with a walk scored 3 runs and drove in 2

The hornets made quick work of East Lansing in the 3rd game winning 15-0 in 4 innings.  Brianna Heroux started the game and got the win.  She went 4 innings allowing 0 runs on 1 hit, striking out 4 and walking 1.

NL flexed some muscle in this game hitting 3 home runs and 2 doubles as part of their 13 hit onslaught.  Rombach hit a solo shot in the first inning a 2 run home run in the second and Delaney Gross hit a 3 run home run in the second.

The hornets scored 10 runs in the 2nd inning thanks to 2 home runs.  Mak Wendling, Victoria Henige. Brynne Birchmeier each had 1 hit in the inning.  Mallory Heroux and Lexi Birchmeier each had 2 hits in the inning and 2 and 3 RBIS respectively.  NL finished out the game scoring 4 runs in the 4th inning.  M. Heroux lead off the inning with a single followed by 4 straight walks and a single by Rombach ended the game.

Rombach went 3-4 with 2 home runs, 4 RBIs, and scored 2 runs.  M. Heroux went 3-3 with 2 RBIs and scored 3 runs.  Lexi Birchmeier went 2-2 with 4 RBIs and 2 runs scored.  Gross went 1-1 with a Home run 2 walks, 3 RBIs and scored 3 runs.

New lothrop improved to 18-8 on the year.
