MS Cross country competed last Saturday (September 30) at one of their biggest invitationals of the season in Shepard.

Leading for Hornet boys and running a career best was Blake Hornak finishing 17th overall with a time of 12:39.4. Finishes and many personal best came from Blake Judd (14:08), Drew Moore (15:05), Aiden Jacobs (15:09), Gus Wickerham (15:13), Ryder Andres (15:20), Cayden Chmaberlain (15:32), Bentley Loudenslager (15:35), Anderson Alguire (16:03), David Birchmeier (16:09), Bradyen Hughes (17:07), Ronald Thomas (18:41), Damian Poletti (19:38), Liam Gillett (21:25), and Grant Oginsky (24:58).

Setting the pace for the Hornet girls was Elaina Bruff (15:27), Ali Hunt (15:33), and Ava Wenzlick (15:40). Outstanding times and finishes also included, Mackenzie Thomas (17:29), Riley Sovis (17:45), Miriam Sharpe (17:47), Ruey Neumann (19:54), and Anna Lucius (21:54).

Hornets will travel next to Tamouth Park on Tuesday, October 3rd for The Birch Run Invitational.
