The New Lothrop girls varsity track team went 4-0 on Wednesday night while competing in their last regular season MMAC meet  at home taking on league opponent Byron with Montrose, Webberville and Durand also in attendance.  In league competition, the girls team was victorious with a score of 115-19 over Byron and closed out the regular conference season with a 6-1 record.   The girls team claimed individual overall firsts against all 4 schools in both the shot put & discus (Carley Martin),  the 200m (Izzy Heslip), both the pole vault &  800m (Josie Bauman), the 1600m (Lexy Andres) , the 3200m (Olivia Gillett), and both the 100m & 300m hurdles (Emma Bishop),  along with all four relay events. The team's conference championship meet is schedule for Tuesday, May 23rd in Ovid Elsie where all of the MMAC teams will face off in an invitational meet to determine the conference champions as well as individual event champions.
