DURAND AREA HIGH SCHOOL: 36
New Lothrop came away with a double digit win against Durand but it did not come easy. The Hornets took an early lead and extended that lead just before halftime but Durand never went away and kept the game with in reach until late in the 4th quarter. New Lothrop rebounded the ball well and got to the free throw line often to get their first league win of the season.
