BIRCH RUN MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL: 19
The Lady Hornets traveled to Birch Run on Friday night with their third game in four days. New Lothrop started out the game slow being down 12-5 after the first quarter until their defense settled in and held the Panthers scoreless in the second to lead 17- 12 going into the half. The Hornets never looked back and cruised to a 41-19 victory. Ava Muron lead the way with 24 points and 6 steals. Harden and Herron would follow with 4 points a piece, while Birchmeier added to the stat sheet with 6 rebounds and 3 steals.
