Despite not having their best tonight the Varsity Boys Basketball team stepped up and made some big pressure plays in the last minutes of the game to walk away with a one point win over league opponent Montrose. With about a minutes left in the 4th quarter, Dylan Shaydik made two huge 3 point shots that gave New Lothrop a lead. Jacob Graves made a critical free throw that secured the win with about .3 seconds on the clock. The scoring was very balanced and the defense was pivotal when it had to be. Avery Moore, Jacob Graves and Bryce Richardson each scored 11 points. This win, the record is now 10-2 overall and 6-2 in the league.
