New Lothrop traveled to Fowlerville over the weekend for a great non-conference match-up against the gladiators. The Hornets jumped out to an early lead and never looked back as they finished the contest with a 37-22 victory. It was a well played game by both teams. Izzy Heslip lead the way for the hornets with 17 points and was 3 for 5 from behind the arc. Lily Bruff also filled the stat sheet with 8 points, 8 rebounds, and 8 steals. New Lothrop is on the road next week to take on Linden and Durand.
