The New Lothrop Cross Country team ran their 2nd league meet at Showboat Park today. In the girls race Byron finished 1st with 30 pts & NL girls were 2nd with 71 pts. Clara Krupp won the race running 19:32 followed by Lindsey Wendling 16th, 23:27, Julia Martin 17th, 23:34, Alana Beckman 20th, 23:52, & Lauren Lane 21st, 23:53(PR) --each scored for the girls. Carson Hersch won the guys race running 16:08 followed by Drew Kohlmann 4th, 17:31, Thomas Heslip 9th, 18:02(PR), Cole Yaros 10th, 18:03(PR), Jason Weber 15th, 18:57 --each scored for the guys. Ally Andres won the Middle School girls race running 1.5 miles in 9:35. The MS girls finished 1st with19 pts. Kyra Edwards finished 3rd 10:42, Cailyn Adduddell 4th, 10:52, Josie Bauman 5th, 11:07, & Laura Sharpe 6th, 11:13 --each scored for the girls. Also running was Sara Dammann 11:14, Maya Newman 11:22, Klara Mulcahy 11:30, Rylee Elkins 11:55, Olivia Gillett 13:01, Ella Potter 13:10, Kennedi Wendling 13:56, Anna Tallon 14:09, Alivia Quirk 19:15, Veronica Stacey 21:59 & Abby Burr 22:03.

The MS boys also won the league with 54 pts. Tanner Soelberg of Chesaning won the race running 8:47. Lieu Vincke finished 7th running 9:42, John Gross 12th, 10:18, August Birkmeier 13th, 10:29, Matthew Hughes 14th, 10:31 & Kyle Hinrichs 19th 10:43 --each scored for the guys.
