The Varsity Volleyball girls traveled to Mt. Morris for a 9 team tournament on Saturday. The Hornets went 1-1-1 in pool play beating Banger John Glen 25-16, 25-16, lost to Petoskey 16-25, 11-25 and split with Clio 25-17, 29-27. The Hornets then advanced to the Silver Bracket and beat Kearsley 25-10, 25-13 and Huron Valley 25-14, 25-12 in the finals. They finished 3-1-1 on the day. The Hornets overall record improves to 31-17-6. They travel to Montrose on Tuesday for the first round of Districts, playing Montrose at 5PM.
